Refund policy

This policy applies to all bag products purchased from our store.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Items must be unused, free of wear, with original tags intact and original packaging undamaged for resale to qualify for return.
2. Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. No free?return service will be available after this period.
3. Returns will NOT be accepted for items with man?made damage, stains, scratches, missing tags, self?modified parts, or clearance sale goods.

Refund Procedure

1. To apply for return or refund, please email network@leemipor.com with your order number, description of issue and your request.
2. After we approve your return request, we will send you return instructions. Please send back the item following our guidance.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing normally takes 3?10 business days, subject to your payment provider.

Shipping Cost

1. For customer?initiated free returns: return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
2. For product quality defects or wrong?item delivery: we will cover related round?trip shipping fees.

Rejection of Return

We reserve the right to reject return requests if returned goods show signs of use, damage or missing accessories or tags. The goods will be sent back to the buyer.
