Order Processing

Orders will be processed for shipment within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing is suspended on weekends and official public holidays.

Delivery Time

Package Inspection

Please inspect the outer package upon receiving your goods. If the package is severely damaged or crushed, please take photos as evidence and get in touch with us promptly.

Undeliverable Packages

If the parcel is returned due to recipient absence, refusal of acceptance or incorrect delivery address, all additional reshipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
